SEG Live manages the entirety of entertainment and technology for your event. We help you choose the right artists, the right technology, and coordinate the execution setup. We plan run sheets, coordinate suppliers, handle riders, and direct the show on-site so that everything flows without disruption.

Initially, we need the date, time, and location. We can then immediately (within 24 hours) give you an answer as to whether we are available to take on your event in the best possible way. If you have a specific artist or type of entertainment in mind, please let us know. Otherwise, we can help you with suggestions for the type of artist mix and technical solution we believe suits your event best.

The process begins with an inquiry via email or phone. Once we confirm we can take on your event, we start with a planning meeting, either digital or physical. Once you have a venue, we also want to see it or get photos/sketches. We keep you informed throughout about what's happening and what costs to expect. Once we've presented a finished proposal and you've approved it, we sign a contract. During the event itself, we are, if requested and available, on site leading the project from A to Z. After the assignment, we do a brief evaluation with you and the performers involved.

A standard outlet for small packages, 16A/32A for large ones. We always review technical needs in good time before the event to ensure everything works on site.

We apply standard cancellation rules. In case of illness (Force Majeure), we find a replacement. We have full liability insurance for your peace of mind.

We represent artists across a broad spectrum of formats and price points. Pricing depends on staging, date, location, and packaging. As a baseline, single artist bookings start around 25,000 SEK. Technical production, sound and lighting technicians, travel, and hospitality are quoted separately. Statutory 25% VAT applies.

No, SEG Live is not a traditional event agency. We focus on what we do best: live music, entertainment, and related production (sound, light, video, project management, and dramaturgy). While we do not handle catering or venue hire, we collaborate with and gladly recommend trusted suppliers and event agencies for those aspects.

SEG Live collaborates with event agencies, corporates, and private clients to deliver entertainment and technology for large corporate events and smaller gatherings. No, SEG Live is not a pure booking agency. We deliver complete solutions for event entertainment: artists, sound, light, stage technicians, dramaturgy, and production management. While you can book individual artists through us, our focus is on coordinated complete solutions for your event execution.
