Booking Rules & Information
Clear conditions ensure a secure and professional collaboration.
Cancellation Rules
- More than 12 weeks before the event date: No fee
- 8–12 weeks before the event date: 50% of SEG’s fee
- Less than 8 weeks before the event date: 100% of SEG’s fee
Force Majeure
Cancellations within 8 weeks are exempt from fees only in the event of force majeure—unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either the Customer or SEG. This includes war, strikes, civil unrest, fire, or natural disasters.
SEG reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement if:
- The Customer or end client enters bankruptcy or legal proceedings are initiated.
- The venue is found unsuitable for the booked production.
- Circumstances arise that may negatively impact the SEG brand.
Illness & Deviation
SEG reserves the right to cancel participation due to circumstances beyond the artist’s control, such as illness, accident, or transport delays. In such instances, SEG will provide an equivalent replacement for customer approval.
Rebooking
Rebookings are permitted only when necessitated by pandemic-related restrictions, and are limited to one (1) occasion per booking. Rebooking does not guarantee the original pricing.
Payment Terms
SEG invoices upon completion of the assignment. Payment is due within 30 days.
Budget & Expenses
Budget & VAT
As an intermediary for entertainment services, a 25% VAT rate applies to the total.
The minimum project budget is 15,000 SEK (artist fee + SEG fee, excl. VAT).
Technology & Additional Costs
Technology is rarely included. Additional costs typically apply for:
- Equipment & technicians
- Travel expenses
- Accommodation
- Catering
Insurance
All partners collaborating with SEG are required to maintain valid and adequate insurance coverage, including:
- Artists
- Technical providers
- Venues
